Welcome! Northern Pines would love to be the host for your next event or gathering. Whether it be a small celebration for an expected baby or a bridal shower; or, it’s time for a large family reunion; or, perhaps a company business meeting away from the office would be a nice change … Let us assist you by providing a lovely space to relax and enjoy your time without all the time to prepare your own space and clean up afterwards. If you desire to make our venue feel more personal, you have all the time you need to set-up for that meeting, or decorate for the special gathering. We offer the large grand room for an indoor event; or, if the weather plays nice, you may be interested in using the optional pergola stage outside. Pricing & Resources

Clubhouse Venue Rental:

$95/hour (4–hour min.) Available 8AM – 11PM.

  • Client-owned items/décor:
        • Set-up may begin as early as 8:00AM; clean-up must be completed same day, no later than Midnight.
        • Client’s time for set-up and take-down of personal/company items/décor, is considered part of rental period.
  • Set-up and take-down of guest tables and chairs by our staff.
  • Caterers: Outside licensed caterers are welcome. A kitchen use fee may be applied.
  • Bartender staffing is provided if bar beverages are requested. Normal drink prices would apply.
  • DEPOSIT: 50% of the initial contract amount will hold your event’s date. Deposit is nonrefundable.

  • Outdoor Pergola Stage
        • Outdoor chairs available with or without white linen covers
  • Preparation / Dressing Cabin
        • The heated/air-conditioned cabin provides plenty of space to get ready for your event.
        • Amenities: Lighted make-up mirrors; Large full-length 3-way mirror.
  • Indoor Event Venue
        • Tables and cushioned chairs are available with or without white tablecloths and covers.
  • Bar & Beverage Service, if requested
        • Beer kegs available; served by NPGC staff; cups included. Pricing varies.
        • Special requests are welcomed – Pricing will be negotiated, purchased and served by NPGC.
        • NPGC bartenders are state licensed. Only NPGC bartenders are permitted to serve alcohol.

Area Resources:

According to state law, no personal beer, wine or liquor is allowed anywhere on or within the Northern Pines Golf Course & Event Center building or premises. This regulation includes anywhere on the golf course, the Bridal Cabin and parking lot. Any carry-on alcohol by any member of any event guest or wedding party will be charged at NPGC facility rates.
