Everything is going as planned. It’s a gorgeous day for an outdoor wedding under the pergola, surrounded by friends and family in the manicured garden. Soon, your bridal party and guests easily shift indoors to the grand room for your reception. Should the weather not play fair, however, there is an easy solution – simply move the wedding indoors, guests seated at tables already beautifully decorated. Rain or shine, your day will be a special celebration.

Pricing & Resources

Clubhouse Rental for Weddings includes the Following:

$2,500

  • Day-of-Event use of full venue 8AM – 11PM. * Extended event time is available. Rate $195/each additional hour.
  • Bridal Party Head table & Cake table – Set-up with white linens, chair covers and lights.
  • Set-up & take-down of guest tables and chairs by our staff.
  • Commercial Kitchen available for caterer staging.
  • Bartender staffing provided.
  • Set-up of Personal Décor – Time is provided the day before event 8AM – 5PM.
  • Clean-up of Personal Décor – Same day by Midnight, &/or the following day 8AM – Noon.
  • Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 will hold your date.

  • Outdoor Wedding Pergola
        • Outdoor chairs available with or without white linen covers
  • Bridal Dressing Cabin
        • The heated/air-conditioned cabin provides plenty of space for the bride and her party to prepare for the ceremony.
        • Amenities: Lighted make-up mirrors; Large full-length 3-way mirror; Plenty of outlets for all the beauty tools.
  • Indoor Wedding / Reception
        • Tables and cushioned chairs are available with or without white tablecloths and covers.
  • Bar & Beverage Service
        • Beer kegs available; served by NPGC staff; cups included. Pricing varies.
        • Special requests are welcomed – Pricing will be negotiated, purchased and served by NPGC.
        • NPGC bartenders are state licensed. Only NPGC bartenders are permitted to serve alcohol.

Area Resources:

According to state law, no personal beer, wine or liquor is allowed anywhere on or within the Northern Pines Golf Course & Event Center building or premises. This regulation includes anywhere on the golf course, the Bridal Cabin and parking lot. Any carry-on alcohol by any member of any event guest or wedding party will be charged at NPGC facility rates.
